I received my Bachelors in Engineering from the School of Electronics and Communication in Anna University, Chennai, India. This was followed by a M.S. and Ph.D, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) in Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. This was followed by a long stint as a senior research scientist at NEC Laboratories America, Princeton, NJ, before moving back to Georgia Tech to complete the circle.
